1. To redeem online, visit https://www.jcp.com and add items to your cart. 2. At checkout, select 'Gift Card' as your payment method. 3. Enter your JCPenney Gift Card number and PIN, then click apply. 4. To redeem in-store, present your gift card (or printed e-gift card) to the cashier at checkout.
