GiftHub ("GiftHub", "we", "us") sells prepaid gift card codes online at gifthub.gifts. You can reach us at any time at [email protected].
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding contract between you and GiftHub. They apply every time you use gifthub.gifts, create an account, or buy a gift card code from us. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
By using GiftHub you confirm that:
These are commitments you make to us. If any of them is untrue, you are in breach of these Terms and we may close your account and cancel your orders.
You need an account to buy from us. You may register with an email address and password, or sign in through Google, GitHub, or Apple. Accounts created with an email address must be verified by clicking the link we send you.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your login details secure. Contact us at [email protected] immediately if you think your account has been compromised.
One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to abuse promotions, referrals, or loyalty points is a breach of these Terms.
GiftHub sells prepaid gift card codes issued by other companies ("Issuers"). We are not the creator, issuer, or manager of any gift card, and we do not decide the terms on which it can be redeemed.
This matters, so please read it:
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). The price is fixed when you create your order.
We accept payment in cryptocurrency only. When you confirm an order we generate a payment invoice through our payment provider, which fixes the amount of cryptocurrency payable for a limited time.
Because payment is in cryptocurrency, please understand:
We may set limits on order size or quantity, and we may decline any order (see §10).
Once your payment is confirmed, we order the gift card from our supplier and deliver the code to you in your account and by email.
You can cancel an unpaid order at any time, free of charge. Once any payment has been received against an order you can no longer cancel it yourself — please contact [email protected].
Once a gift card code has been issued and made available to you, the sale is final: the code cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. A code, once disclosed, can be used immediately, and its value cannot be recovered by us.
This does not apply if the code is faulty. If a code we deliver is invalid, or had already been redeemed before it reached you, contact [email protected] and we will replace it or refund you. Please tell us within 30 days of delivery.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.
Gift card codes are digital content that we supply immediately. By placing an order and paying for it, you expressly ask us to begin delivering the digital content straight away, during the 14-day withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
Once we have delivered the code, your right of withdrawal is therefore lost and the sale is final under §7.2.
Nothing in this section affects your rights if a code is faulty (§7.2), or any other right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
Any refund we give is at our discretion and is handled manually by our support team. Where you paid in cryptocurrency, a refund will be sent only to the wallet address the payment came from — we do not refund to a different wallet. Refund values are calculated in USD, and you bear any change in the exchange rate between payment and refund.
You can earn loyalty points on purchases, through referrals, and as compensation when you overpay in cryptocurrency.
Referrals. You may share your referral link. You may not spam it, advertise against our brand, misrepresent GiftHub, refer yourself, or create additional accounts to collect rewards. If we believe a referral is not genuine we may withhold or reverse the reward and suspend the accounts involved.
You must not:
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice:
We may do any of this where we suspect fraud, abuse, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or a breach of these Terms — or where we are required to by law, by an Issuer, or by our payment or supply partners.
The GiftHub name, logo, website, and content belong to us or our licensors. Gift card brands, trademarks, and artwork belong to their respective Issuers, and nothing in these Terms gives you any right to use them.
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular gift card will be available or redeemable.
We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of an Issuer — including a gift card being devalued, restricted, dishonoured, or an Issuer ceasing to trade.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for the affected gift card. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any mandatory consumer right you have under the law of your country of residence.
We may change these Terms. When we do, we publish the new version here with a new version number and date. Changes take effect when published, and by continuing to use GiftHub you accept them. If you do not accept a change, please stop using the service and close your account.
If something goes wrong, please contact [email protected] first — we would much rather resolve it with you directly.
If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
